Your New Role

As the Assistant Manager of our store in West Gosford, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager). Your domain includes both the showroom and warehouse, where you'll focus on team training, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to excel.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects
  • Manage staff schedules, optimizing business costs while maintaining high standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for performance and behavior
