Teaching Position Overview

Job Description

This role involves teaching PDHPE and Human Movement Science across Years 7-12, with a focus on delivering engaging and challenging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PDHPE curriculum and current educational standards, as well as experience in using a range of teaching strategies to engage students and promote deep learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience teaching PDHPE and Human Movement Science across Years 7-12
  • Strong knowledge of the PDHPE curriculum and current educational standards
  • Ability to plan and implement engaging and challenging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
