Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Brentwood Home in Parramatta. The successful candidate will provide leadership and quality management within our lifestyle services team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop lifestyle programs based on individual needs, preferences, and goals to enhance physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural, and social well-being.
  • Participate actively in the delivery of activities and ensure complete and timely documentation of resident participation and engagement.
  • Manage and coach the lifestyle team to deliver engaging and meaningful lifestyle activities.
  • Support the orientation and training of new team members and volunteers.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.
  • Experience working with a range of cognitive and physical abilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff.
  • A COVID-19 vaccination certificate (mandatory).
