The Reece Group is a leading international company with a strong focus on customer service and exceptional values. As a School-based Traineeship, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece branch.

The Role:

As a Sales and Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Embracing the Reece values and policies
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages and orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

As a trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week and must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
