About the Role

The Fitness Sales and Customer Service Representative will play a key role in delivering first-class service to our members and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all customers;
  • Sales and prospecting for new members and programs;
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries;
  • Developing relationships with existing customers to increase retention and loyalty;
  • Working closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives;
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for fitness and customer service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (advantageous);
  • Ability to hold current First Aid & CPR Certification;
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check;
  • Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service or a retail environment is highly advantageous;
