As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional case management and coordinate rehabilitation services. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, where you can thrive and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse case load, including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims
  • Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers, developing tailored rehabilitation programs
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations
  • Engage in specific services: Workplace Job Analysis, Assessments, ADL, Vocational & Psychological Assessments, and Project work
  • Collaborate in a supportive multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and accreditations – Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), and/or Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 1 year of workplace rehabilitation experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of working within a multi-disciplinary team and managing stakeholders
  • Evidence of proactive Injury Management experience
