At Coles Supermarkets, we're looking for a Customer Service Delivery Driver to join our team. As a trusted representative of our brand, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our customers receive their groceries safely and efficiently. About you

 

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets and suburban roads
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

 

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for:

  • Picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
  • Safely navigating your local neighbourhoods to deliver customer orders to their homes
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
