Job Title:

Marketing Coordinator

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to assist the Marketing Manager with all facets of marketing. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to grow in a dynamic environment and be exposed to high-level marketing duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute and develop effective marketing strategies and objectives
- Manage and create engaging content for EDMs, social media, and YouTube
- Maintain company websites and social media accounts
- Liaise with external consultants on marketing projects
- Monitor and maintain CRM systems with assistance from an external consultant
- Arrange office signage and ad hoc interiors
- Participate in award submissions and respond to Google Reviews
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Create high-quality YouTube videos (content planning, writing script, filming, and editing)
- Manage CRM systems, run reports, and perform various ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

- 2 years of sales and marketing experience in Real Estate
- Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Strong design skills and experience in social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
