Dealer Business Development Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving dealer sales growth and profitability through performance monitoring and targeted improvement plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive sales growth and profitability through performance monitoring and targeted improvement plans.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and quarterly performance reviews with actionable feedback.
- Lead engagement initiatives, including marketing campaigns, training, and promotional activities.
- Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies to optimise stock turnover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive or recreational vehicle sales, dealer development, or a related field.
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing dealer networks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM, with the ability to analyse performance data.
- Ability to travel regularly for dealer visits and industry events.
