Dealer Performance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving dealer sales growth and profitability through performance monitoring and targeted improvement plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability through performance monitoring and targeted improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and quarterly performance reviews with actionable feedback.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, including marketing campaigns, training, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies to optimise stock turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive or recreational vehicle sales, dealer development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-performing dealer networks.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM, with the ability to analyse performance data.
  • Ability to travel regularly for dealer visits and industry events.
