Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate DCM content, including daily/weekly/ad hoc market updates, analysis of market conditions and trends, indicative issuer pricing updates, trade recommendations, credentials/league tables, marketing pitch books and presentations.
  • Assist in producing technical content for clients, which includes ratings, capital, balance sheet and liability management advisory services.
  • Support the execution of various debt instruments across the capital structure and in different markets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during origination/execution.
  • Provide income, pipeline and data reports.
  • Assist in preparing information memorandums.
  • Help organize roadshows and client meetings, and submit call reports.

Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Maintain necessary knowledge to ensure full qualification for the role.
  • Refrain from taking actions that could lead to removal of certification of fitness and properness to perform the role.
  • Undertake steps to satisfy annual certification process.
  • Comply with all applicable conduct rules prescribed by relevant regulators.
