Debt Market Services Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Debt Market Services Division within a specialist business.
We are seeking a skilled professional to perform regular financial statement analysis, assessing business activities and performance of clients in portfolio. The role involves developing action plans, monitoring requirements of portfolio clients, and performing monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual reviews as required.
About the Role- Performing regular financial statement analysis to apply RG69 benchmarks.
- Developing action plans to monitor client portfolios.
- Maintaining appropriate client management and continuous improvement strategies.
- Preparing board and division committee papers.
- Maintaining internal revenue forecasts for client portfolios.
This is a rare opportunity for a first mover (big 4 or mid-tier) to step into a highly analytical role. We are interested in hearing from people with:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with exposure to debt markets or financial services industry.
- CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Experience with financial statement analysis (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA).
- Strong knowledge of the Australian debt capital markets and ongoing regulatory developments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical mindset.
