The Role
  • A Registered Nurse with APHRA registration and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care outcomes.
  • Minimum five (5) years management experience with exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care industry, the Aged Care Act and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing staff potential, fostering responsibility, and driving high-quality care outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of AN-ACC and excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft suite of products.
