Overview

Rose Lodge is currently seeking a Director of Care.

About you
  • Qualification as a Registered Nurse with APHRA registration.
  • Minimum five (5) years management experience with exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills
  • In depth knowledge of the Aged Care industry, the Aged Care Act and the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing staff potential, fostering responsibility, and driving high-quality care outcomes
  • A leader who wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of residents while advancing innovative models of care.
  • In-depth knowledge of AN-ACC with strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Competent in use of Microsoft suite of products
