We are seeking an exceptional leader who shares our values of Community, Respect, Wellbeing, Accountability, and Partnership.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification as a Registered Nurse with APHRA registration.
About the Role- Minimum five (5) years management experience with exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care industry, including the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards.
- Proven leadership capabilities, focusing on developing staff potential and driving high-quality care outcomes.
- A strong understanding of AN-ACC and competent in using Microsoft suite of products.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our care team and fostering a culture of excellence.
