About this role:

We are seeking an experienced corporate affairs professional to join our team in Sydney. As Associate Director, Corporate Affairs, you will play a key role in building and protecting our reputation in the ANZ region.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, APAC, you will develop and implement stakeholder communications and engagement strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

You will lead media relations, public affairs, and issues management initiatives to ensure effective engagement with key stakeholders. Your expertise will also be sought to provide counsel on reputational risk matters and handle sensitive communication.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess exceptional written and verbal communication ability, strong executive presence, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the company to achieve our strategic goals.

About the responsibilities:

About the ideal candidate:

We are looking for a seasoned corporate affairs professional with at least 10 years of experience in highly-regulated industries and B2B technology. You will have a blend of agency and in-house roles, including experience in public affairs, media relations, internal and external communications. Direct experience working with ANZ journalists, producers, and editors is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes, exceptional written and verbal communication ability, strong executive presence, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working across international markets with a culturally diverse team is also desirable.
