Procurement Specialist Job Description

The Procurement Specialist will collaborate with a leading commercial real estate organization to develop and implement procurement strategies across various non-property categories.

About the Role:
  • Develop end-to-end procurement solutions with a focus on analytics, compliance, and strategic sourcing.
  • Support the management of indirect procurement processes, including market analysis, benchmarking, and cost modeling.
  • Manage Request for Quote (RFx) processes, negotiations, and supplier contracts.
  • Provide procurement analytics and reporting on spend, savings, key performance indicators (KPIs), and supplier risk.
  • Engage in supplier relationship management, performance reviews, and compliance monitoring.
  • Promote operational excellence through procurement systems, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed procurement best practices, policies, and processes.


About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field; Certified International Purchasing Professional (CIPP) preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in indirect procurement or commercial sourcing within a corporate or real estate environment.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with electronic procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa, Zycus, Tenderlinks, Global Rapid).
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), sustainability, supplier diversity, and modern slavery compliance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost-conscious mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
