Procurement Role

We seek an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function. This permanent position offers a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic procurement, including direct and indirect procurement planning, negotiation, contract management, implementation, and compliance assurance.
  • Schedule regular supplier meetings, reviews, and track contractual agreements ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Evaluate contractual performance, investigate issues, and resolve them promptly.
  • Issue requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiate, evaluate, and execute contract agreements effectively.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Procurement Manager with a strong background in strategic procurement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in supply chain or business management risk or similar fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing high-volume operational processes with minimal disruptions.
