Fitch Ratings is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Structured Finance team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for rating new transactions, monitoring existing transactions, and providing timely market/transaction performance commentary.
Key Responsibilities- Rating new transactions, including analyzing new asset classes and issuers
- Ensuring all structured finance transactions/CvB programmes are reviewed on a continuous 12-month schedule
- Performing data analysis in excel and executing Fitch generated models
- Preparing analytical documentation based on Fitch templates and presenting to committee
- Managing queries from issuers/bankers/investors and representing Fitch effectively
- Undergraduate degree in a finance related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years structured finance experience from an issuer, arranger or trustee
- Intermediate excel skills with knowledge of vlookup(), sumif(), if(), index(), match() etc.
- Strong time management skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Exposure to majority of issuers in the market
- Variety of work with ability to work on multiple asset classes
- Great development opportunity for someone looking to continue to develop their career in SF/CvB
