We are seeking an experienced Operational Project Lead to join our Central Operations team, which is the backbone of our supermarket business. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead a group of skilled Project Managers and help us deliver large-scale operational and technical projects that drive efficiency and innovation.

  • Develop and execute strategic projects that transform the way we operate, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making;
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, project sponsors, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, continuous learning, and professional development;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this expertise to drive business value and stay ahead of the competition;
