Lead Educator Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children and taking their career to the next level. We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our team in a childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children across all age groups within a five-learning-spaces environment.

In this role, you will contribute to a collaborative team that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners. You will work closely with other educators to ensure seamless transitions between daily activities, mealtimes, sleep routines, and play.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care or related qualification.
  • Prior experience in Early Childhood Education across all age groups within a childcare setting.
  • Ability to commit to and complete a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care through our affiliated college.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards the care and education of young children.
