About the OpportunityWe are seeking a self-motivated and professional Director to join our VIC Ultra High Net Wealth Team. As a Director in this team, you will have proven complex lending experience, expert knowledge of ultra-high net worth client needs, and an established network of clients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities- Guide clients and business partners throughout their lending journey, leveraging your expertise to develop authentic long-term relationships.
- Build new client relationships and identify new business development opportunities by advocating for CBA and CBA products.
- Build your personal brand and network in the community to enhance your credibility.
- Determine suitable lending solutions with prospective homebuyers and submit lending applications.
- Grow your business by building and maintaining external referral sources and seeking external referrals from existing customers.
- Refer customers with more complex financial needs to specialists within the Group.
- Research the broader market, and economic and industry changes affecting customers and the Group.
- Share best practice, productivity ideas, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Private Banking team by inspiring, developing, and growing colleagues.
- Recent experience in a similar role from within Private Banking, Business/Commercial Banking, or similar.
- Experience in residential and commercial lending, including complex lending structures and the ability to interpret complex financials.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new networks and maintain effective relationships with ultra-high net worth clients.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field (preferred).
- RG146 (preferred).
