Part Time Property Portfolio Trust Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Trust Accountant to join a reputable property group in a part-time capacity. The role involves managing trust accounting for a large commercial portfolio, processing creditor runs, and liaising with internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you will have minimum 2+ years' experience in trust accounting within a property environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trust accounting for a commercial property portfolio (300+ tenancies)
- Process the weekly creditor run (every Thursday)
- Handle reconciliations, disbursements, and general trust reporting

About You:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in trust accounting within a property environment
- Cirrus8 knowledge is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
