Field Service Fitter

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of construction machinery and be part of a dedicated team providing excellent customer service.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Fitter to support our customers across the region. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic evaluations and mechanical maintenance services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficiency in their work.

  • Performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance service and upgrades on construction machinery
  • Attending to production breakdowns and undertaking diagnostic work
  • Liaising with technical support staff to achieve efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements
  • Completion and submission of all relevant documentation and reporting paperwork
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Safety focus and adherence to site safety processes
