The Opportunity

There is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a 7/7 Day roster primarily supporting Construction Projects across the region. As a Residential role, you will be based out of Dubbo or the surrounding area supporting the NSW region and Gunnedah area where required across multiple customer sites ensuring the reliability of a wide range of construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance services.
  • Attend to production breakdowns and undertake diagnostic work.
  • Liaise with technical support staff to achieve efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements.
  • Complete and submit all relevant documentation and reporting paperwork.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.
  • Identify continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Trade Certificate.
  • Intermediate PC skills, ability to analyze technical data and reports.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A safety focus and adherence to site safety processes.
  • Strong ability to adapt yourself to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.
  • Ensure 100% Customer satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the company family.
