Medical Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide high-quality administrative support in our clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for opening and closing of the clinic, ensuring a seamless patient experience
  • Clerical duties including accounts/document scanning/faxing/vaccine fridge monitoring/Covid Safe plan practices
  • Answer telephones in a professional manner, even under pressure
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to current privacy principles

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in medical reception preferred, but not necessary
  • Proficiency in Best Practice software/Google mail and Google Drive
