About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate patient flow, and manage the appointment book efficiently.
  • Accurately enter patient data into our system.
  • Process payments in a timely and secure manner.
  • Assist with tidying up consult rooms and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
