Working hours: Full-time / Part-time positionSalary: Up to $140,000 per annum + super + benefitsLocation: Multiple clinics across MelbourneRoles & Responsibilities:The Company is an award-winning allied health care centre with 4 state-of-the-art clinics throughout Melbourne.
The clinics offer a range of onsite, remote, and in-home services to clients receiving Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dietetics and Allied Heath care services.Due to the exciting growth, they currently have an exciting opportunity for passionate and driven Psychs to join their team.
In this role, you will have the choice of working on and off-site to manage your own caseload.
You will possess strong clinical skills with the ability to follow through as well as the ability to co-manage clients with different health professionals in a dynamic team environment.
As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for:Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventionsDevelop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skillsCollate handouts for referred clients for homework and therapeutic aidsComplete electronic client notes and reports for sessions to an appropriate standard as outlined by APS Code of Ethics/Supervisor standardsWrite letters to other health professionals and external agencies to assist the client in continual access to health and other servicesPrepare for and attend weekly clinical supervision sessions as per AHPRA guidelinesAttend professional development in accordance with AHPRA registration requirementsComply with subpoena or court appearance request on behalf of referred clientsAttend case conferences for referred clients to assist in service provisionTaking on more COMPLEX clientsSeeing a greater variety of clients of all typesGive opportunity to new grads to observeBe a buddy for Prov PsychsParticipate in MDT training and workshopsBegin to build skills in particular clinical areasBenefits:Flexible working hoursComplete autonomy with calendar and bookingsWorking within a state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated front-end teamWork-life balanceCommunity access: A work car is provided for travelling from a clinic to community consults.
