Visitor Services Officer Grade 2

We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to fill the role of Visitor Services Officers in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional visitor experiences through engaging tours, technology, and interpretive programs.
  • Support retail activities and assist with public events and functions to enhance overall visitor experience.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-based environment.

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position working on-site at our Museum precinct.

The incumbent will have opportunities to learn and develop their skills in various areas of visitor services.
