About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and task-focused professional to join our team as a Clinic Support Specialist. As a Clinic Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clinic teams by providing guidance and assistance with reviewing data and improving processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working within established systems and frameworks, take ownership of their responsibilities, and are driven by the success of the team and the clients they support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasizing areas for improvement;

  4. Covering CTL absences to support the clinic team;
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Sound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to create logical and practical solutions;
  • Current or willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check; Working with Children Check;
