About the role

As an experienced customer service leader, the Clinic Manager will ensure that:

Patients feel cared for, informed, and confident in our services

Staff feel supported, educated, and clear about their responsibilities

Processes are in place, followed, and regularly reviewed to ensure operational excellence

The owner is always kept informed of clinic performance and provided with practical, well-thought-out ideas to grow the business

You will be required to achieve measurable outcomes in the areas of:

Operations Management

People Management

Marketing Support

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Our Clinic Manager leads from the front, so we are very eager to hear from experienced leaders who use initiative and take a hands on approach to leadership and customer care.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Proven management experience in a customer-facing business

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Competence in using digital tools and willingness to learn new systems (e.g., Zenoti)

Experience in the cosmetic medical, beauty, or healthcare industry

Understanding of compliance requirements in a medical environment

Previous experience managing stock and supplier relationships
