ICU and Respiratory Unit Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to lead the delivery of acute care services within ICU and respiratory units.
This is an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to drive innovation in clinical practice, inspire a motivated team, and influence patient outcomes in a supportive and evolving healthcare environment.
- Lead the delivery of physiotherapy services across ICU and respiratory units.
- Oversight of a multidisciplinary team including junior staff and assistants.
- Manage complex clinical caseloads, drive best practice standards, and contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, a commitment to continuous professional development and service improvement, and proven experience in acute physiotherapy, preferably within ICU, respiratory, cardiology, oncology, and haematology settings.
- Leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring junior staff and assistants.
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate must be committed to continuous professional development and service improvement, and have proven experience in acute physiotherapy, preferably within ICU, respiratory, cardiology, oncology, and haematology settings.
