We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our diversity and inclusion efforts. As the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion, you will foster an inclusive culture that values and respects the rich diversity of NSW. Your strategic approach will inform the design of policies, oversee employee-led reference groups, and evaluate the impact of inclusion initiatives.

 

You will drive the implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed these into our core functions. With your expertise and awareness of emerging themes, you will develop innovative approaches to workplace inclusion while navigating complex stakeholder relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to amplify inclusion in service delivery and workplace culture.
  • Develop governance frameworks and drive cultural transformation through policy, data insights, and employee engagement.
  • Manage projects from ideation to execution, balancing competing priorities while fostering collaboration across diverse audiences.

 

Requirements:

  • Significant experience and/or qualifications related to human resources, diversity and inclusion, or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
