About the Role:
As a Care Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide tailored support that meets the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide domestic assistance, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments and engagements
- Remind clients to take medication and assist with other daily routines
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Care
- A satisfactory Australian National Police check
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
- A smart mobile phone and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
- COVID-19 vaccinations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of time management and organisational ability
