Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with ABI and psychosocial disabilities, fostering a positive environment that empowers clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support clients in community participation and social activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to ensure optimal care.

Requirements:
  • A valid Blue Card for working with children.
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
