About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our clients busy Sea Freight Forwarding company in Perth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update client databases to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Liaise with new and existing clients to resolve queries and concerns
  • Handle all Sea and Air Freight orders, dispatching to the correct Overseas Agents
  • Manage customer quotations and internal sales activities
Requirements
  • At least one year's experience in Freight Forwarding
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work meeting deadlines, autonomously or in a team environment
  • Experience with Cargowise CW1 highly regarded
