About the Role

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge in the agricultural industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team in southern New South Wales.

This role involves extensive travel throughout the region, with 2-3 days of on-road face-to-face selling per week, field days and industry conferences. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, as well as developing new business opportunities.

We are seeking a candidate who is confident but humble enough to accept constructive feedback, has strong sales and negotiation skills, and can demonstrate verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will also have experience in the agricultural industry, ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, and accept responsibility for meeting personal performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows

Requirements:

Physical Demands:

This role involves heavy lifting and handling large and heavy fencing products and shelving systems for store merchandise set ups. A pre-employment medical check is required.
