About the Role:
  • Provide legal advice and support to business units, including procurement, sales, and partnerships.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, partnership deals, and employment contracts.
  • Offer strategic guidance on emerging technology trends and their legal implications.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in technology law, preferably with time spent in a technology team of a reputable law firm or an in-house counsel at a technology business.
  • Deep understanding of Australian data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Ability to provide strategic and pragmatic legal advice, exercising sound commercial judgement.
