As a Paint Prepper, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation of high-quality 4WD accessories prior to painting. Your attention to detail and ability to meet stringent deadlines will be crucial in ensuring our products meet exceptional standards.

About the Role

You will report directly to the Paint Supervisor and be responsible for:

  • Conducting quality checks for any manufacturing defects.
  • Removing weld splatter from fabricated parts.
  • Sanding and polishing canopy shells using orbital sanders and abrasives.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment.
  • Ensuring booth housekeeping and adhering to safety protocols.

  • Able to meet strict deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
