Senior Product Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Lead to oversee the performance and development of our intermediated motor insurance product lines. This strategic role is responsible for shaping product strategy, driving portfolio outcomes, and leading cross-functional initiatives that align with our business goals and risk frameworks.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in general insurance, a proven track record of managing motor portfolios, and excellent leadership skills. They will be able to engage effectively with stakeholders across underwriting, distribution, pricing, claims, risk, and compliance.

  • Lead the Full Product Lifecycle: From design and development to enhancements and maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our product lines.
  • Manage Complex Underwriting Referrals: You will work closely with underwriting teams to ensure alignment with risk appetite and guidelines.
  • Oversee Implementation of Product Changes: Including PDS and underwriting updates, you will drive the implementation of changes to our product lines.
