At Sephora, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Retail Assistants during the holiday season. As a Beauty Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers discover their perfect beauty match. With a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail, you'll be equipped to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers, ensuring they leave our stores feeling confident and beautiful.

As a member of our Sephora team, you'll have the opportunity to work across all our departments, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness. You'll be trained by our experienced field trainers and have access to our unique online learning platform, ensuring you're always up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to multitask and think on their feet. They'll have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for sharing their beauty knowledge, and a willingness to participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
