Aesop is seeking Seasonal Retail Consultants to support our store teams across Festive Season 2024.

As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers
  • Process sales and keep stock levels adequately maintained and exceptionally presented

What We're Looking For:

  • The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
  • An interest to learn product knowledge

These roles are of a casual nature commencing from September 2024 and concluding in February 2025 with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment, based on the business needs. We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail who have full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours.
