About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Consultant to join our team and support our store teams across Festive Season 2024. As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.
  • Demonstrating products that address customer needs and deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.
  • Ensuring our store teams are supported to meet the needs of our many customers, processing sales and keeping stock levels adequately maintained and exceptionally presented.

  • No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment.
  • An interest to learn product knowledge.

Flexible and Open Availability

We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail who have full availability across the Festive Season period, including late-night and weekend trading hours.
