About the Role

As a Holiday Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, staying up-to-date on Nike products and trends, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. You will also be expected to process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to the ultimate customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Nike products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Sales Processing: Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Attributes
  • Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company's values.
  • Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
  • Availability: Minimum 3-4 full days per week over the Holiday season, including key dates Cyber Weekend and Boxing Day.
  • Training: All successful applicants will be required to attend a one-day paid training camp as part of induction.
