About the Role
">This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support our educators in implementing engaging early learning programmes, aligned with the EYLF framework.
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as an Early Learning Programme Leader. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, a current Working with Children's Check, and a passion for developing young learners.
">Key Responsibilities

- To provide leadership and guidance to our educators in implementing high-quality early learning programmes that meet the needs of all children.">
- To work closely with our centre management team to ensure compliance with the EYLF and NQS standards.">
- To build strong relationships with our families and centre staff to promote a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.">
- To develop and maintain effective communication systems to keep parents informed about their child's progress.">

Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 50% discount on childcare fees from your first day and access to our comprehensive training and development programs.
