About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to strengthen our sales culture and drive membership growth. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting a strong sales approach across our network of centres.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with the Membership Sales and Services Coordinator to develop and implement effective sales systems and processes.
  • Conduct centre tours and provide educational sessions to potential members, promoting our services and selling memberships.
  • Communicate with members through various channels, including phone calls, outreach activities, and written correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including reporting, debt control, and membership lifecycle management.
  • Support the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience team with marketing activations, centre displays, new member acquisition, retention initiatives, and customer feedback management.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and experience working in a member-based organization. You will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, high levels of resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to identify practical solutions to issues.

Essential Experience:
  • Previous sales experience in a competitive environment.
  • High-level customer service skills and understanding of customer experience.
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks to meet timeframes and complete assigned duties.
  • Experience in a customer service/reception environment and familiarity with membership management systems.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple centres in Greater Geelong, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Preferred candidates will undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.
