Job Overview

This full-time on-site role for a Disability Service Coordinator based in Adelaide, South Australia involves managing and organizing services for individuals with disabilities.

Day-to-day tasks include developing personalized support plans, coordinating with various support teams and external agencies, handling operations management tasks, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

The coordinator will facilitate effective communication between all parties involved and provide compassionate care to clients.
