Support Coordinator

This global pharmaceutical company has a strong focus on achieving outstanding results for its well-established product range.
As an administrative support professional, you will be responsible for providing general correspondence and administration support to the designated marketing team.
You will coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to the field force, liaise with various agencies/suppliers in the coordination of the production of promotional materials, and manage and maintain databases for in-house mailouts, action mailings as required by the product managers.
Additionally, you will manage the production and distribution of cycle sales briefs, stage symposia and promotional events, coordinate trade displays, arrange travel for marketing staff and external parties attending company conferences and advisory boards, and prepare purchase requisitions as directed by the product managers.
Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry would be ideal. A high level of organisational skills, experience dealing with marketing teams and coordinating marketing-related activities are essential.
A well-developed skills across Microsoft suite, including power point and excel, along with salesforce, are necessary. A degree in marketing, life sciences or business would be highly regarded but not essential.
