Exciting project opportunities await in this 6-month Graduate Recruitment and Development Program.

The program involves designing and delivering a recruitment plan, creating e-brochure materials and advertising to attract top talent. Additionally, it entails developing an induction and onboarding plan for new graduates, establishing professional development outcomes, recommending industry registrations/memberships, and creating a rotation plan linked to specific objectives. Moreover, you will create a performance management plan, including procedures for handling unsatisfactory performance.

You will be employed by Harrisons (East Brisbane office) and work on-site with the Mackay client to develop and deliver the program.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with solid experience in developing and managing graduate recruitment and development programs. This individual should possess excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
