**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Early Careers Team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team, responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. As a key member of our team, you will engage stakeholders, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Partners, senior leaders, and events teams to organize engaging functions and programs for students. You will also design and manage market-leading engagement programs, such as internship and graduate programs, and develop creative social media content to attract top candidates.

In this role, you will be challenged to think innovatively, solve complex problems, and take ownership of your work. You will have the support of a collaborative team and access to exceptional training and development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably in legal, professional services or within a complex organization.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience in working across multiple teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work proactively with senior stakeholders internally and at universities.
  • Problem solving skills and a willingness to take ownership.
  • A desire and ability to grow as a recruitment and HR professional.
