About the Role Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Accountant within our Superannuation team, to start right awayOur Superannuation team assist clients to navigate the complex and everchanging superannuation landscape.
They ensure Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, provide expert advice on investment strategies, help clients understand the tax implications of their superannuation, and ensure they are taking advantage of all available opportunities to maximise their retirement savings and meet their financial goals.
What you'll do As a Graduate Accountant at BDO, you can expect to : Prepare financial statements, annual returns, BAS, IAS, Annual GST Returns and other compliance documents for SMSF clients Compile information to support the transactions of the SMSFIdentify accounting and compliance issues, ensuring legislative requirements are met Extract and monitor client's situation regarding dealings with the ATODraft correspondence and communicate with and on behalf of clients.

Eligibility To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be : In your final year, or have recently completed an Accounting, Business, Commerce or other relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree Eligible for postgraduate study (CA / CPA, CFA)Available to start immediately.
